FAQs
Does the remote include a battery?
No, a battery is not included. The remote uses a standard CR2025 coin cell, which is widely available.
Can I control the frame without the app?
Yes. You can adjust brightness, colours and effects with the included remote. The app adds more animations and features such as timers and music mode.
Does the LED artwork need to be plugged in all the time?
Yes. The frame must be connected to a power source via the included USB cable and EU power adapter to light up.
Can the LED artwork run from a power bank?
Yes. You can power the frame from a power bank or any other 5V USB power source if you want a mobile setup.
Can I create my own animations in the app?
No. You can choose from many preset animations and colour combinations, but you can’t design custom animations from scratch.
Is there a warranty on the LED artwork?
Yes. We provide a 2-year legal guarantee in line with EU consumer rules (or longer where local law requires).
Can I return a custom-designed LED artwork?
The 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under EU rules does not apply to items that are custom-made or personalised (e.g., your own photo, name, date or other unique details).
Your legal guarantee still applies if a product is faulty.
